店里的书籍都是现货吗？ARE BOOKS SERVE AS READY STOCK OR PREORDER?

  • 所有书籍皆以预购为主，除了标注 ’ 现货 ‘ 的少量书籍。All of the books are in pre-order basis, unless stated "Ready Stock".

 

如果我下单 ‘现货’ 与 ‘预购’ 书籍，书本会一起寄出吗？I ORDERED A COMBINATION OF READY STOCK AND PREORDER BOOKS. WILL I RECEIVE MY BOOKS SEPARATELY?

  • 对的，书本会在 '预购' 书籍抵达后一次寄出给你。如果想分开收到，记得分开两个订单哦。Yes, we will only ship them all out together once preorder items are also ready. You will receive them together. Separate them into two orders if you wish to receive Ready Stock first.

 

下单的书本什么时候抵达？WHEN WILL MY BOOKS ARRIVE?

  • 下单完成付款后，我们会在该 Batch 截单后的 30 个工作日左右寄出你的书本。Once your order is placed and payment is complete, we will process and ship out your order around 30 working days after each order's batch cut off date.
  • 截单日期为每个月的 15号 与该月份的最后一天。We cut off orders every 15th and last day on every month.
  • 例子：如果我在12号下单，而截单日期为15号，那书本预计抵达日期将会是下个月份的30号左右。
    Example: if I placed my order on 12th of the month, my order batch will cut off on 15th of the month. After the cut off day, my order will be shipped out around 30th of the next month.

 

最新截单日期会显示在网站上方，点击可达 "物流更新" 页面。The latest cut-off date is updated on the header, click and link to 'Shipment Update' page.

 

若下单现货，大概多久书本会寄出？WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE IF I ORDERED READY STOCK?

  • 现货书本会在完成付款后的 3 个工作日内寄出。Ready stock will be shipped out within 3 working days after the payment is complete.

 

如果我下单后，还想加购一些书籍到之前下的订单上，该怎么做呢？I PREVIOUSLY MADE AN ORDER, AND I WISH TO ADD ON ANOTHER PURCHASE. CAN I COMBINE MY NEW ORDER WITH THE PREVIOUS ORDER AND SAVE ON SHIPPING?

  • 如果你下的订单还没寄出并且属于同个Batch，欢迎联系我们以加购书籍。If your previous order is not shipped out yet, you may combine your new order with your previous order.
  • 如果你下的订单Batch 已截单，我们会待所有书籍抵达后再一次寄出。If your new order is in a different batch, we will ship everything out after all the items are ready.
  • 请联系我们以帮您完成加单 / 合购。To add on orders to your previous order, please contact us via Instagram DM or WhatsApp.

任何加单 / 合购，我们都不会额外收取任何邮费哦！We do not charge extra shipping for new combined orders.

 

下单后还可以更改收件人资料吗？I WISH TO CHANGE MY SHIPPING DETAILS. IS IT POSSIBLE?

  • 如果你的订单还没寄出，欢迎通过Instagram / WhatsApp 联系我们以更新收件人资料。If your order is not shipped out yet, you may change your shipping details by Instagram DM / WhatsApp.

 

邮费怎么计算呢？HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR POSTAGE?

马来西亚 Shipping within Malaysia 

西马 West Malaysia: RM7 (RM120 Free Shipping)

东马 East Malaysia: RM15 (RM200 Free Shipping)

 

新加坡 Shipping to Singapore
